As an owner in The Residences at Wing Creek you will benefit from the many services provided by the strata management team! The strata fees (also known as homeowner association or HOA fees) are currently $175 per month and will remain lower than strata fees in other communities because we are not planning traditional high-cost amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses and fitness centres. Instead, our owners can enjoy the resort amenities — all designed in harmony with the unique nature of the property — such as a community garden, orchard, outdoor kitchen facilities and living spaces. You will enjoy relatively maintenance-free living at Wing Creek and your low monthly strata fees include but are not limited to:
